Mechanism of action: Establish a revolving loan fund managed by the association.
Funding: 10,500 Jordanian dinars, funded by USAID.
Project scope: Deir Alla District
Results: 75 families benefited from the project through the rehabilitation of domestic water networks in old houses.
This project was implemented in cooperation with CARE Egypt and the Global Alliance for Citizen Action in Civil Society (CIVICUS & CARE Egypt).
Project objectives: To spread the culture of community accountability among various segments of society.
Working Mechanism: To hold community listening sessions with the participation of representatives from all segments of the local community and government officials. Citizens and government officials were trained to prepare community scorecards to assess the quality of services provided and to survey the level of satisfaction of service recipients.
Implementation: The Ministry of Social Development was chosen as a model for the project due to the overlap of its work and services with a large segment of the local community, specifically the poorest segments covered by the association's services.

Impact: improved the quality of communication between service recipients (citizens) and service providers (government agencies), thereby reducing the intensity of dialogue and enabling the adoption of clear mechanisms to improve service quality.
In cooperation with the Noor Al Hussein Foundation and with funding from the International Youth Foundation (IYF) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
this program targets the most vulnerable youth aged 18-24, both males and females.
Participants were trained in basic life skills in training courses, then enrolled in specialized training centers. They continued their practical training in centers and workshops, receiving wages in agreement with employers. A number of them were employed after the training period.
200 young males and females were trained in a training-for-work program in areas of the Deir Alla District in several fields, such as beauty, sewing, vegetable grading, Cars Bodywork and Painting.
The ENHANCE project brings together a multi-agency, cross-sector partnership of organizations from (3) EU countries (Cyprus, Italy, and Macedonia) and (3) non-EU countries (Jordan, Morocco, and Egypt) to enhance their capacity to address gender inequality and discrimination by providing modern and innovative non-formal educational methods and resources to ultimately promote positive systemic change in their communities. The project will help partner organizations create supportive communities less vulnerable to discrimination, allowing for the cross-pollination of cultural norms.
Project objectives:
To enhance the capacity of association staff through training and practice.
To reduce violence against girls in disadvantaged or most vulnerable to violence areas, especially young women working in agriculture and girls with disabilities, through positive behaviors toward this group, eliminating the culture of shame, and integrating them into the association's programs, such as seminars, lectures, and awareness programs.
Addressing barriers and stereotypes that lead to gender inequality.
Promoting more structured support to ensure the inclusion of girls and young women.
The project focuses on building the capacity of partners from non-EU countries and drawing lessons and experiences from EU-based partners and the European Commission's work to promote and implement gender equality.
The nursery project was implemented with support from the MOSD in the form of a grant of 5,000 JOD, as part of the National Project for Employment in the Services Sector.

Installation of a greywater system serving the bathrooms and provision, includes installation of all accessories such as plumbing, submersible pumps, and tanks.
Providing training and guidance to the association and the local community to ensure continuity and self-reliance in project maintenance and management.

Provide the association with two thermal food drying and packaging machines as practical models.
The association facilitates field visits for farmers.
The association raises awareness and promotes the use of solar dryers and thermal packaging.
The association shares and presents its experience to other farmers.

The project was implemented in coordination with the Arab Women's Association in Jordan, in accordance with a memorandum of understanding between the two parties, and with support from Kvinna till Kvinna and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Project objective: Empowering women through capacity building and promoting gender equality within the Feminist Action for Women's Economic Rights (FEMPAWER) program.
Project activities :
Designing and launching advocacy, lobbying, and support campaigns for women working in agriculture, reaching (500) female farmers.
Making videos on false stereotypes about female farmers, appealing to farm owners and officials to change this reality.
Holding (3) training courses on economic violence and labor rights, such as working hours, for (20) participants.
Holding two training courses on social media for (15) participants.
Holding a dialogue session with working women and officials at the local level in the Deir Alla region for (25) people.
Holding a roundtable with officials at the national level.
As part of this effort, researcher Buthaina Freihat was commissioned to prepare a study examining the conditions of women agricultural workers in the Deir Alla area, within the context of gender-based economic violence specifically experienced by these workers. The study was conducted under the auspices of the Al-Balawneh Charitable Association as part of its contribution to the regional project "Feminist Power 2022–2025." The researcher completed the study between August and October of 2022.
